Hiking to and exploring a waterfall in Tennessee to test our new DJI Mic 2

🏞️🚗 Escape the city with us as we venture about 45 minutes outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee to explore the stunning Fiery Gizzard Trail and the majestic Foster Falls! The trailhead offers convenient free parking and restroom facilities, making it an easy day trip. Our adventure began with a rocky but manageable descent down to Foster Falls, a breathtaking 60-foot waterfall cascading into a natural swimming area surrounded by impressive rocky mountain terrain. The views were absolutely incredible! We also got to experience the thrill of crossing a cool suspension bridge along the trail. While the water was a bit too chilly for a swim on this particular day, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the rocks, soaking in the beauty of the powerful waterfall, and letting Malcolm explore and play around the rocks. We also learned that the Fiery Gizzard Trail is known for its rock climbing opportunities, with a dedicated climbing area. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to check it out on this trip, but it's definitely on our list for a future visit! This trip has us already planning a return visit in the warmer summer months for some swimming and perhaps even a camping adventure in this picturesque area. If you're looking for a beautiful natural escape near Chattanooga with waterfalls, hiking, and potential swimming and camping, Foster Falls and the Fiery Gizzard Trail are a must-see! 🔗 Related to this video:
