☀️💦 Beat the heat with us as we take a refreshing swim in the Tennessee River near the Chickamauga Dam! In this video, we end our bike ride along the scenic Chattanooga Riverwalk with our ultimate destination being the Chickamauga Dam Day Use Park for some fun in the water.
After a pleasant bike ride to the end of the Riverwalk and just past the dam, we arrived at the park ready to cool off. The Tennessee River was a welcome sight, even if it was a little chilly! We braved the water for a swim, though we quickly discovered the riverbed was quite rocky, making for some interesting maneuvering.
Before our dip, Malcolm had a great time exploring the playground at the Park. It's a fantastic amenity for families looking to spend a day outdoors.
